You have to be strong physically and mentally. this is basic for each and every person and if you want to succeed in your field that may be anything



here i just want to share my own experience and tips with reader which I am doing and getting results because of the surrounding world wide situation and our habits and method regarding with it and life.this is not current routine its regular one from many years and constantly improving.


Stress is bad for every one and it directly and indirectly affects our health some time we knows that and many time we dont, then what we do at that time.... Ignore.so keep this wod in mind and try to ignore small small things because already everyone have some tress then why you want to increases it by other meaningless small things which makes your and your loss. Mental health affects your physical health and start drainning your focus.

Here are some things which helps you to be mentaly strong and going ahead.

Most of time doing nothing and keep calm is the best solution for many stressful problems.....


Be Safe and Keep Safe

Safety first ...... Safety first is the basic rule of life and we all are breaking it by any way and this is not good for us as well as others . If we keep safe our self and everybody knows it's importance and try to spread it then This is very powerful things because here we are not keeping yourself safe but indirectly to others also because every time we are not alone we have friends , family and other connected people also. So our first responsibility is to keep the whole system healthy and follow the right ways and method so that will not make any loss as well as others.


Don't Take Tension

Takings tension and stress is not actually solve the problems but can increase your problems that makes you disturb mentally and That will again increase your problems and problems. just because of small thing. So try to ignore small things and focus on important ones and try to find solution on that and solve it completely means permanently not for temporary so you can be relax for many things which helps you to be feat Mentally for more time period . But if you ignore the small important problems then they will come back again and disturb you and waste your energy, time and efforts so try to keep calm and find solution on it. Silent brain can find much better solution on problems and solve them permanently.


listen Good Music

I am doing this evey day and when my mind is blank and I don't understand what am doing I start listening music and that makes keep me stable on the same thing on which I was working and help me lots to think ahead of that and get the solution on that and keeps my self stress free. So my suggestion is to you listen good quality music because that will calm down your Mind and help you to think better ahead and fast because music increase your focus in less time . But it also depends on what type of music you are listening its not mean listen anything which is trending like pop ,rock and rap music called beat music.

I will suggest listen classical ,semi-classical ,soft music and plane music and Dont just listen it but try to follow it like the words, track , singing style. Music will not solve your problem keeps you health state. Be find of good music.


Read and Watch Good Stuff

This is ever best method to do for all that is read good things like books, website , blogs and articles form papers where you just not read that only but you will learn something new useful things and may be you will find solution on your problems. Reading good stuff benefits :

• You will get information
• It's food to your brain
• You will get direction
• Brain will think differently
• You can learn experiences of other peoples.

Even when you watch something then also watch quality things because that visuals directly and indirectly affecting your mind and some time it follows that things directly. So watch good content when you watching T.V. ,YouTube, or on your smart phone. I am doing this so I can tell, this will make your brain not full easily and can take fast decisions. Because this will help your brain as break and work on your things again.


Find the resource of income

I thinks this is the common and basic reasons of stress among in all peoples but I don't thinks taking stress will help us to increase our income so I am here just want to highlight the point that is, don't fully rely on single income source if your earning so much good money then ok but if not then it's not ok because problems can drain our money any time and that is limited then we can be in trouble so every body have to find alternate source of income if income from one is stops then from other source will keep continue.. because money is most important part of life we all need it even not every day but after a span regularly

why passive income is must for limited income source Peoples


Carefully Re Think On It

We all the humans are need to carefully think on it for our life , work , surrounding situations and make our self ready for the big problems by not expecting them but by considering them, assuming that may be we will face the problems like this in future again and we have to be prepared for this mentally ,physically and financially to protect our self independently not every time for evey thing government and organization will help you.


Do exercise

We all know This and this is free thing we have to do but then also we mostly are ignoring and skipping this by giving ridiculous and invalid reasons like we don't have time, we have work , we don't know this and so on Many like this I have one thing to say is if we are physically feat then we can work more and more

We all need to be mentally strong and feat then we all have change the things iand need to make it part our daily routine and life. our mental health will not make only by positive think and hopes it needs some base and exercise is that for body ,for mind , for. Brain......

I got the one thing and realized during this period and that is some things we can't change, ignore, skip, left or leave because that are part our life and nature and our life is depends on it believe it or not It's universal true......!!!!
